Shipping & Returns


Please note, as we work to continue to keep our community safe, we've implemented additional measures which may cause a slight delay of 1-2 business days. Orders will be processed and shipped during regular business hours (Monday through Friday 9:00AM - 5:00PM EST, excluding holidays). 

U.S. Shipping Methods

For Contiguous US (Lower 48 States):

  • Kenkoderm is proud to offer free priority shipping for all $35+ orders shipped within the Contiguous US. In order to qualify for free shipping, you must have $35 or more of product and / or merchandise in your cart. We ship orders using FedEx Ground Services (Home Delivery, SmartPost) and USPS Priority and First Class Services. Shipping carrier will be determined by Kenkoderm at the time of shipping based on end destination and service is selected to ensure delivery within five (5) to seven (7) business days. 

For Non-Contiguous US (Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico):

  • Kenkoderm does not offer free shipping to the Non-Contiguous US at this time, but you can still order our products with an additional shipping cost. Shipping cost will be determined by the standard rates of your preferred carrier. 


Kenkoderm ships internationally via US Postal Service International First Class Package Service. Additional shipping fees apply to international shipments.


Shipping times vary between carriers. Once again, Kenkoderm will choose the correct carrier to assure your shipment arrives as soon as possible based on where you are located. The shipping times after your package has been processed and shipped are as follows:

  • FedEx Ground Contiguous US (4-5 Business Days after processing)
  • USPS Priority Mail (3 Business Days after processing)
  • Note: We cannot account for vendor or carrier delays that may occur


After your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing one or more tracking numbers and an indication of which shipping service was used. Use the links proved below to track your shipment:

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase and experience. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, simply send us an email at within 10 days from the date of your purchase. Our customer service team will assist you personally.

*Kenkoderm does not accept partial returns for Bundles. 

If you receive a damaged item, please email with your order number, full name and an image of the damaged item and we will be more than happy to help resolve the issue for you.
